How to Cook Jambalaya Girl Jambalaya Rice Mix February 24 2018


Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya

Stove Top Instructions:

You will need:
For 8 oz. Package:
2.5 Cups Water
½ lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
½ lb. Sliced Smoked Sausage

For 20 oz. Package:
6 Cups Water
1.5 lbs. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
1.5 lbs. Sliced Smoked Sausage

1. Precook chicken using 2 tbsp. vegetable
oil (optional); add sausage and continue
to cook until all meat is cooked.

2. Add water and bring to a boil. Add
Jambalaya Rice Mix and bring back to a boil.

3. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Cover pot with lid tightly,
turn heat off and leave lid on for 30 minutes.

4. Shout – Yum Yum, Come Get You Some!
Stir and serve.

Jambalaya Rice Mix can also be prepared with
seafood, ground beef, beans or other protein.
Serve it as a plain rice dish too.
