Gator Gumbo with alligator tail meat, smoked sausage and a scoop of Jambalaya on top . . . We call that Gator Gumbalaya!

 Gator Gumbalaya Recipe: 

1 4oz. box Jambalaya Girl Gumbo 

1 8oz. box Jambalaya Girl Jambalaya 

1 lb. Alligator Filet Tail Meat 

1 pack Smoked Sausage, sliced  

Instructions: 

  • Cut Alligator Tail Meat into bite size pieces. Cook down in pot with oil until fully cooked. 
  • Add sliced Smoked Sausage to pot and cook till sausage is browned. 
  • Prepare Gumbo according to package instructions in the same pot as the Gator and Sausage. 
  • In a separate pot, prepare Jambalaya Rice according to package instructions. Because the meat is in the Gumbo, you do not need to add meat to the Jambalaya, just water. 
  • Serve Gator Gumbo with a small scoop of Jambalaya on top. Yum Yum, Come Get You Some!
