  • 16 OZ. BAG INSTRUCTIONS

    Yield: 30 – 1 cup servings

    You will need:  2 lbs. Sausage (Andouille or Smoked),

    2 lbs. Chicken (boneless skinless thighs recommended)  1.5 gallons water *Great with seafood too!

     

    Instructions:

    1. Cook meat.

    2. Add 1 gallon of water and bring to a boil.

    3. In a separate bowl, whisk Gumbo Mix with remaining ½ gallon water until Mix is dissolved.

    4. Add Gumbo mixture to boiling pot and mix well.

    5. Return pot to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover pot and let simmer up to 45 minutes to desired consistency, stirring occasionally.

    6. Shout “Yum, yum, come get you some!” stir and serve over rice.
