Easy Rotisserie Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

Save time on the family meal by using the meat from a Rotisserie Chicken instead of cooking raw chicken.

You will need:

1 lb. Rotisserie Chicken meat, shredded

1 lb. Smoked Sausage, sliced

6 cups water

Follow the instructions on the box (boil the water, give it a good whisk) and dinner is done!

Other easy ways to cook: Instant Pot, Crock Pot / Slow Cooker, Stove Top

Seafood Gumbo

Shrimp, crawfish, crab and/or oysters all taste fantastic with this roux. To prepare it as a Seafood Gumbo – add seafood to pot 20 minutes before cooking is completed.
