Superme Rice Omelet

Makes 1 omelet

You Will Need:

 1 cup Jambalaya Girl Jambalaya Rice Mix, prepared
3 Eggs
Vegetable cooking spray 

 

Reheat the Jambalaya Rice Mix. Prepare a basic omelet and fill the center of the omelet with the Jambalaya. Fold over and serve.
